Absolutely correct..poor little kitty is likely infested with fleas….good flea bath and much TLC is needed.

I agree; that’s sad. Looks like the pic was taken at the Vet That cutie-pie needs to come home with me (Yeah like I need another cat when one is being bottle fed as we speak lol). <3
